Return Policy

You may return items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund as long as they are in new condition and unmodified (no filing, sanding, or otherwise altering the grips). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   

All returns/exchanges will be rejected if outside of 60 days unless you have contacted us first and received written consent to do so. 

The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it is 1 to 3 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request is an additional 1 to 3 business days.
